By completing the ccc6 registration process, ticking any acceptance checkbox, or otherwise accessing or using the Platform, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms, the ccc6 Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules published on the Platform ("Supplementary Rules"). If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of a legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms. In all other cases, the Terms bind you in your personal capacity.
ccc6 reserves the right to require you to affirmatively re-confirm acceptance of these Terms following any material amendment. Your continued use of the Platform following publication of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those revisions.
The ccc6 Platform is accessible only to individuals who are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration, in accordance with PAGCOR regulations applicable to online gaming in the Philippines. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. ccc6 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age at any time and to suspend or terminate Accounts where the age requirement cannot be verified.
ccc6 is operated to serve players located in the Philippines. Players accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is unlawful do so entirely at their own risk. ccc6 makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or lawfully available in any jurisdiction outside the Philippines.
To open an Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including a valid Philippine mobile telephone number, a unique password, and confirmation of your age. You must notify ccc6 promptly of any changes to your registered information. ccc6 may, at its discretion, require additional verification information at registration or at any subsequent time.
Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) ccc6 Account. Opening, operating, or using multiple Accounts — whether directly, through a third party, or by any other means — is strictly prohibited. Winnings generated through duplicate Accounts may be voided and funds forfeited. Players who believe they have accidentally created a duplicate Account should contact ccc6 support immediately.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ccc6 Account credentials, including your registered mobile number and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. ccc6 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
You agree that all activity conducted through your Account — including wagers placed and withdrawals requested — is your responsibility. If you believe your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify ccc6 support immediately via the contact details provided on the Platform.
An Account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months shall be classified as inactive. ccc6 reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to inactive Accounts in accordance with its prevailing schedule of fees and charges, as notified to the Player at the time the Account is classified as inactive. Where the Account Balance reaches zero as a result of such fees, the Account may be closed.
ccc6 operates in accordance with PAGCOR anti-money-laundering (AML) requirements and applicable Philippine legislation. ccc6 may require you to provide government-issued identification, proof of address, or source-of-funds documentation before processing withdrawals above applicable thresholds. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time may result in withdrawal suspension.
ccc6 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, and Metrobank. All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). ccc6 does not apply transaction fees to standard deposits; however, your payment provider may impose charges of which ccc6 has no control. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are published on the Platform and may be updated from time to time without prior notice.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically feasible. ccc6 aims to process GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within thirty (30) minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are subject to standard Philippine banking processing times. ccc6 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before approving any withdrawal request.
A Player must have completed the required wagering activity on any Bonus Funds received before those funds become eligible for withdrawal. Real Money Balance funds that have not been subject to Bonus Terms restrictions may be withdrawn at any time subject to KYC completion and minimum withdrawal thresholds as published on the Platform.
ccc6 reserves the right to refuse or delay a deposit or withdrawal where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, a breach of these Terms, or non-compliance with applicable law. In such cases, ccc6 will notify the Player and may request additional documentation before processing the transaction.
All bonuses, free spins, rebates, cashback offers, and promotional incentives made available on the ccc6 Platform are subject to specific wagering requirements, game restrictions, time limits, and other conditions published on the applicable promotion page. In the event of any inconsistency between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
ccc6 operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. Conduct constituting bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: claiming the same promotion multiple times using different Accounts; placing low-risk or mathematically neutral wagers solely to satisfy wagering requirements; using bonus funds in a manner that does not reflect genuine gaming intent; or coordinating with other players to exploit promotional structures. ccc6 may void Bonus Funds and associated Winnings and suspend or terminate Accounts engaged in bonus abuse.
Bonus Funds not utilised within the validity period specified for each promotion will expire automatically. ccc6 will not reinstate expired Bonus Funds under any circumstances.
Each Game available on the ccc6 Platform is governed by its own set of rules published within the game interface or on the relevant game information page. It is the Player's responsibility to read and understand the applicable rules before placing any wager. By placing a wager on any Game, the Player acknowledges acceptance of the applicable rules for that Game.
All Games on ccc6 use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or live dealer mechanics that have been independently audited for fairness. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages and house edge figures are published for each Game where applicable. ccc6 does not manipulate game outcomes in any way beyond the published mathematical parameters of each Game.
In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnect, or system error during a Game session, the round in progress may be voided and the wager amount returned to the Player's Balance. ccc6 will not be liable for any alleged winnings arising from a demonstrably malfunctioning Game.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ccc6 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension or termination, voiding of Winnings, forfeiture of Balance, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:
All content on the ccc6 Platform — including but not limited to software, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, game assets, audio, and video — is the property of ccc6 or its content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of ccc6.
ccc6 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming activity in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to scrape, aggregate, mirror, or commercially exploit any Platform content.
The collection, use, storage, and processing of your personal information by ccc6 is governed by the ccc6 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.
ccc6 collects and processes personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. To exercise any data rights or for privacy-related enquiries, contact ccc6 at the address provided in Section 16.
ccc6 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Filipino players who use the Platform. As a condition of PAGCOR licensing, ccc6 makes the following responsible gaming tools available to all Players via their Account settings:
ccc6 will honour self-exclusion requests within 24 hours of receipt. Players who have self-excluded must not attempt to circumvent exclusion by registering new Accounts. Any Account opened in breach of a self-exclusion will be closed and associated funds returned.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ccc6, its affiliates, directors, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for:
ccc6's total liability to any Player for any cause whatsoever, regardless of the form of action, shall not exceed the amount of Real Money Wagers placed by that Player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim.
ccc6 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Player Account at any time, with or without notice, where ccc6 reasonably believes that:
A Player wishing to voluntarily close their Account may do so by contacting ccc6 support. Upon closure, any remaining Real Money Balance (net of any applicable Bonus conditions) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, subject to KYC completion and standard processing times.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the ccc6 Platform shall first be submitted to ccc6's internal complaints process. ccc6 undertakes to acknowledge all formal complaints within five (5) business days and to provide a substantive response within twenty-one (21) business days.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process, the parties agree to submit the matter to binding arbitration administered in accordance with Philippine law, with the venue in Metro Manila, Philippines. Notwithstanding the foregoing, nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent interlocutory relief from a competent Philippine court.
ccc6 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Where a proposed change is material — including changes to Player obligations, fee structures, dispute resolution procedures, or governing law — ccc6 will provide at least fourteen (14) days' notice via a prominent notice on the Platform and/or by email to your registered contact address where one has been provided.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and request closure of your Account before the amendment takes effect.

For formal complaints, please submit a written description of your complaint including your registered Account details, the nature of the issue, the relevant dates, and any supporting documentation. ccc6 will acknowledge formal complaints within five (5) business days.
